How do I know if I need therapy?
If emotional challenges are affecting your relationships, work, school, physical health, or daily life, speaking with a licensed mental health professional may be helpful. Therapy can also support personal growth, stress management, and resilience.
Is everything confidential?
Your privacy matters. Counseling services are confidential and provided in accordance with applicable laws and professional ethical standards. Your counselor will review confidentiality policies and any legal exceptions with you during your first appointment.
What if I'm nervous about starting counseling?
That's completely normal. Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, but many people find that taking the first step is the hardest part. Our team strives to create a welcoming, compassionate environment where you can feel heard, respected, and supported.
