What We Do
Hope Seed Support Center: Where Every Chapter Heals
At Hope Seed, we believe every life is a story still being written — and every chapter holds the potential for renewal. Guided by Christian values and evidence-based care, we meet people where they are, helping children, teens, adults, and families rediscover hope through healing, wellness, and community support.
Our work spans the full spectrum of care — from mental health and crisis response to wellness, education, and prevention — ensuring that no one walks their story alone. Whether it’s guiding someone through trauma, strengthening families, empowering recovery, or supporting those in crisis, we exist to restore what’s been broken and nurture what’s ready to grow.
Through collaboration, innovation, and faith, Hope Seed is cultivating a movement that transforms lives and communities — one chapter, one story, and one person at a time.
Our Founder — Aimee Ashbrook
Executive Director and Founder | Visionary Leader | Advocate | Healer
Every movement begins with a moment that changes everything. For Aimee Ashbrook, that moment came through pain, perseverance, and purpose — the kind that reshapes not only one life but the lives of many. Out of her own chapters of loss, faith, and redemption, Hope Seed Support Center was born — a place where healing grows from the ground up and every story has a chance to be rewritten.
Aimee Ashbrook is the Executive Director and Founder of Hope Seed Support Center, a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to transforming mental health and wellness through innovation, integration, and compassion. With more than two decades of experience in healthcare, mental health, ministry, and leadership, she has devoted her life to restoring what pain and trauma have broken and building pathways to lasting healing.
Graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science from Ashford University, Aimee holds advanced certifications in Grief, Crisis, Suicide, and Trauma Counseling from Light University and is trained in Trauma-Informed Relational Intervention. She continues to expand her expertise through ongoing clinical research, organizational development, and leadership education.
Aimee is currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology. She is also completing advanced training to become a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach while working toward a Master Certification in Pain Management. Her continued education reflects a deep commitment to understanding the connection between mental, emotional, and physical health, allowing her to approach wellness through a compassionate, evidence-informed, whole-person perspective.
Her leadership bridges faith and science, uniting hospitals, schools, churches, and corporations to build trauma-informed communities of care. Aimee works closely with school districts across Texas, and through corporate collaborations with Amazon, she brings wellness, leadership, and resilience training to organizations nationwide.
Her heart for service extends beyond borders. Through her ministry work in India, Aimee helped build a church and dig wells for clean water in the name of Hope Seed, reflecting her belief that healing should meet both spiritual and physical needs.
Aimee serves proudly as an advisory board member for the Klein ISD Career and Technical Education Program, is a National Parent Instructor, and is affiliated with the Baylor University Women’s Council and the Dell Women’s Entrepreneur Network. She is also an active member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and NAMI, holding multiple certifications and continually advancing the fields of faith-based and evidence-based care.
Each chapter of Aimee’s journey reflects her belief that faith and psychology are not opposites but allies — and that when heart and science walk together, transformation follows. Today, Hope Seed Support Center stands as the living embodiment of her vision: a sanctuary where minds are renewed, families are restored, and lives are rewritten through grace and guidance.
From Houston, Texas, to communities across the world, Aimee’s mission remains unwavering — to plant seeds of hope, healing, and wholeness in every life she touches, one story and one chapter at a time.
