Aimee Ashbrook

Founder of Hope Seed Support Center

After years of working in the Emergency Department, witnessing the devastating effects of grief, trauma, abuse, and suicide, I felt a deep, proactive calling to do more—to change outcomes before crises unfold. Growing up as a preacher’s daughter, I was raised to bear one another’s burdens and love thy neighbor as thyself. But having endured my own battles with grief and trauma, I understand how difficult it can be to hold onto hope. Sometimes, even faith the size of a mustard seed feels impossible to grasp.

That small Seed of Hope is what inspired me to launch Hope Seed Support Center—a place where faith, science, and compassionate care come together to help people rebuild their lives. With a Summa Cum Laude degree in Behavioral Science and over two decades in nursing, clinical management, and mental health, I have dedicated my career to bridging the gap in mental health care. Currently pursuing my PhD in Clinical Psychology, I am committed to innovative, integrative approaches to healing.

Hope Seed is more than just a center—it’s a movement. Through webinars, courses, masterclasses, and exclusive therapeutic services, we are equipping individuals, families, and organizations with the tools to navigate life’s challenges. As we grow, our vision is to be a leader in mental health and wellness, offering cutting-edge therapy, community collaborations, and a state-of-the-art facility to serve Houston and beyond.

No one should have to face life’s darkest moments alone. If you are struggling, don’t lose hope—we are here to help.

"He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us."2 Corinthians 1:4
