Hope on the Horizon

Hope & Healing After Narcissistic Abuse

You survived. Now it's time to heal.

Narcissistic abuse often leaves wounds that can't be seen—self-doubt, anxiety, confusion, isolation, grief, and a loss of identity. Healing isn't simply about moving on; it's about rediscovering who you are, rebuilding your confidence, and finding people who truly understand your journey.

Hope on the Horizon is an 8-week Hope Seed Connect experience created for individuals seeking healing after narcissistic relationships. Through guided discussions, practical tools, encouragement, and meaningful community, you'll begin taking intentional steps toward freedom, peace, and restoration.

Whether your experience involved a spouse, family member, friend, employer, or another significant relationship, you don't have to walk this road alone.

What is Grief Care?

Many of us face different types of loss and grief throughout our lives. Loss does not always mean death, nor is grief specific to losing a loved one.

Grief can come in many forms and for many reasons. However, having people to share the burden of your grief can profoundly affect your ability to cope and recover from whatever type of loss you are experiencing.

Some types of grief can include:

  • Loss of connection with family and friends.

  • Loss of a relationship.

  • Loss of income or a job.

  • Loss of a home due to divorce, move, or fire.

  • Loss of a loved one.

  • Or many other types of grief or loss.

Common grief reactions include:

  • Shock, disbelief, or denial

  • Anxiety

  • Distress

  • Anger

  • Periods of sadness

  • Loss of sleep and loss of appetite

Shared Hope provides the resources, skills, and support you need to recover from any grief or loss. We want you to know you are not alone. Please fill out the form if you would like to join a group session. Spaces are limited.
